Elaini Vargas is the Youth Programs Director for IAC. A member of the Kashia Band of Pomo Indians of the Stewarts Point Rancheria, she lives in Napa Valley. Elaini is an SSU Alumna with a BA in Global Studies and a minor in Native American Studies.
